Shipping policy

Preorders and shipping

Preorders ship within the United States, with complimentary shipping. Expected shipment is February 15–April 15, 2027. All items in your order will ship together. We will notify you two weeks before shipment.

Preorder payments

Pay 50% at checkout. The remaining 50% will be charged to your saved payment method when your order is ready to ship, no later than April 15, 2027.

Shipping delays

If we cannot ship within the stated window, we will notify you and offer the option to agree to a revised shipping date or cancel the unshipped order for a prompt refund of payments made. We will not substitute store credit for a refund required by law.
